By means of combination of optimizing the broken rate and increase the stroke, the HP series cone crusher can provide the largest of cone crusher broken than today. So that circulation loader can be down and the power consumption of per ton final product can be reduced by half. Crushing chamber of higher material density enhances the laminating crushing effect, thus the size and the shape of the grain size of final products more constant, better.
Advanced dynamic cone and fixed cone plate fixing system. When liner need to be replaced or type of crushing cavity need to be changed, the hydraulic motor which used to adjust the discharging mouth will rotary the cone assembly completely then make is withdraw from the adjusting ring thread.
