HDGI/ HDGL(Alu-zinc)
1) Quality standard: JIS G3302 SGCC, DX51D and ASTM A653
2) Grade: SGCC (DX51D+Z) and SGHC
3) Hardness: Both soft and hard quality
4) Surface: Regular spangle, big spangle and zero spangle
5) Thickness: SGCC 0.18-1.3 mm, SGHC 1.80-5.00mm (from State-owned mills)
6) Width: 914mm, 1000mm, 1200mm, 1220mm and 1250mm, thickness 600-1250mm is available
7) Finish by coil or sheet: Both sheet and coil are available
8) Zinc coating: 40-275G/M2, both sides
9) Coil Weight: 4-8 tons, also can be upon customer's requirements
10) Max loading weight in one 20ft container: 25 tons generally
11) MOQ: 50 tons for each item;
12) Delivery time: 15 days generally.

7) Finish by coil or sheet: Both sheet and coil are available
8) Zinc coating: 40-275G/M2, both sides
9) Paint thickness for top side: 5 micron primer + (10-40) microns modified polyester, any RAL color code or customer's sample.
10) Paint thickness for back side: (5-10) microns Epoxy
11) Coil Weight: 4-6 tons, also can be upon customer's requirements
12) Max loading weight in one 20ft container: 25 tons generally
