Loctite Quality (Standard) Instant Adhesive.
Available Style: FL401/FL406/FL409/FL495/FL496 etc.
Instant Adhesive is available in a variety of viscosity, curing speed, gap-filling capability and substrate compatibility. Used for fast bonding many materials such as metal, rubber, plastic, glass, leather, wood, ceramic etc.
Applications:
1. General purpose, medium to low viscosity.
2. Ideal for filling gaps 0.1mm
3. Used for bonding various materials such as rubber and plastic.
Usage:
1. Clean the surface to be bonded with solvent and make the surface free of grease.
2. Open the cap and fill the product on the screw thread
3. Tighten the thread and wipe off the excrecent adhesive.
4. The initial bonding strength turns out after 20 minute, and the full bonding strength will be 24 hours later.
