Tempered Building Glass
Tempered Glass is made by heating flat glass to approach its softning temperature and suddenly chilling it with jets of cold air, which produces highly desirable conditions of induced stress which result in additional strenth, resistance to thermal stress, and impact resistance.
Tempered Building Glass
1. High-strength glass that is heated to intenerate, and then condensed quilckly by cool air with the same thickness.
2. The optical performance of tempered glass is as well as the normal annealing glass, and they also have good mechanical strength and bounce impact strength.
3. The mechanical strength of tempered glass is as 3-5 times powerful as normal annealing glass, bending strength is as 2-5 times powerful as normal flat glass.
4. The excursion of temperature that tempered glass endure is 250-320 degreen.
5. Safety is the best advantage. After being crashed, the honeycomb pieces prevent people from harming.

Tempered glass also called toughened glass. Toughened Glass is made by heating flat glass to just below its softening temperature and suddenly hilling it with jets of cold air. It results the ouler skins under powerful compressive strss and the interior with severe tensile stress. In comsequence, the impact applied to the glass will be overcome by the compressional force on the surfaces to assure safety of use. Tempered glass is high strengh, It is 4-5 times higher than normal glass and also shockproof.
