DPH190 Blister Machine
· Adopts platen forming, rotary sealing; It is an innovative and efficient Blister Machine.
· The machine accommodates forming material reels up to 600mm in diameter and a waste material trimming cutter, which allow production runs of approximately 90 minutes; Therefore reducing the material replacement frequency.
· Equipped with integrated forming material splicer to enhance efficiency.
· Servo-regulated drive achieves big scale of adjustment in draw off length.
· Innovative structure enables alu/PVC (thermal forming) and alu/alu (cold forming) converts at any time. No need for additional parts; Change only the formats.
· Automatic format positioning system achieves straightforward format changeover.
