A6518, is one component, thixotropic viscosity, high temperature and solvent resistant, anaerobic flange sealant.
Characteristics
It cures when confined between two close fitting metal surfaces in the absence of air.
Usage
Used for flange sealing of aluminum alloy parts, or the rigid structure machining parts with minor Flange migration, enduring temperature, pressure and stress. Typically used as form-in-place Gasket for motive power machines such as automobile, engineering machine, internal combustion Engine, mining machine, pump etc.
Operation
1. Cleaning the surfaces that to be glued and coated, removing the rust, dust, greasy dirt and other Foreign matter and substance. PUNADE cleaner A6755 is recommended.
2. Apply sufficient adhesive to bonding part. Assemble in normal way and leave enough time for Curing.
Attention
1. To prevent contamination of the unused product, do not return any material to the original Container.
2. The product is not recommended for use in pure oxygen or oxygen rich systems.
3. It's not recommended on plastics.
4. Keep out of reach of children.
5. The product contains acrylic acid and methacrylate ester, which may irritate skin and eyes. So it is Recommended to use the product at a well ventilated place.
6. In case of contact with eyes or skin, rinse with clean water immediately; If symptom goes on, call A physical attention.
