Pale yellow crystalline powder 1.Properties
Crystalline powder. Melting point: 115-116 °C, relative density 1.129 30/4 (°C). In the air easy sublimation. Soluble in ethanol, ethyl ether, acetone, ethyl acetate, slightly soluble in water (30.5 °C in the water solubility of 1.38 g / 100 ml), soluble in benzene (in 65 °C benzene solubility is 3.68 g/ml). Has a fragrant smell.

P-hydroxy benzaldehyde antibacterial synergist used in the manufacture of TMP (trimethoprim), amoxicillin, hydroxyl ammonia benzyl cephalosporins drug, artificial gastrodia elata, farrerol, bezafibrate, YiSiLuo
2) Agrochemical Industry
Used for synthesis of amoxicillin, trimethoprim, preparation benzaldehyde and other drugs. At the same time or in the production of pesticides, bromoxynil key intermediate raw materials
3) Flavor & Fragrance
Used in the production of spices anisaldehyde, vanillin, ethyl vanillin, raspberry ketone
