Hydroxyl modified vinyl polymer resin (all type)
1, VAM RESIN ( similar to VMCH of Dow Chemical )
Description:
It is a high molecular weight, by carboxyl modified terpolymer comprised of vinyl chloride, vinyl acetate and maleic acid. It contains carboxyl group, it has good adhesions to aluminum foil, also it contains PVC, it also has good resistance to alkali, base, brine, salty mist, also has good resistance to oil ester and alcohols.
Potential Applications:
1, dry surface paint, like repair paint, marine paint etc.
2, make the paint of heat sealable packaging coatings & adhesives, .
3, as primer and inks for golden and silver card papers;
4, adhesives for gun nail, PCB adhesive and adhesives for PVC decoration sheet;
2, (VAH) ELT-VAAL ( similar to VAGH of Dow Chemical or Solbin A )
Description:
Lower viscosity, good fluidity
It is a high molecular weight, hydroxyl-functional, partially-hydrolyzed vinyl chloride vinyl acetate resin, it is white or slight yellow powder, with hydroxyl modified copolymer of vinyl chloride and vinyl acetate.
Potential Applications:
It was widely be used in the industries of ink
Paint ( high grade wood and metal paint together with PU and Alkyd resin);
Coating, industrial repair paint, marine paint, metal decorate paint, container paint etc
Adhesive, heat sealer, adhesive for tape etc.
3, ELT-VA13 ( similar to VYHH of Dow Chemical Or Hanwah CP-430, CP-450 of Korea )
Description:
It is a high molecular weight copolymer of vinyl chloride and vinyl acetate. It is supplied as a powder, the vinyl chloride content is about 86%, and vinyl acetate content about 13%.
Good balance of chemical resistance, solubility, film strength and thermoplasticity; Adhesion to PVC substrates;
