Hydroxy Silicone Oil
[Features]
1. Hydroxy Silicone Oil is the organosilicon material polymerized by siloxane monomer with hydroxyl groups at both ends of molecules.
2. Hydroxy Silicone Oil is Colorless and transparent or milky white translucent viscous liquid which has excellent property of high and low temperature resistance and can be used at -60º C~+200&º C for a long time.
3. Hydroxy Silicone Oil has excellent dielectric property, and good properties of water-repellent, moisture-proof, and chemical stability.
[Applications]
1. Hydroxy Silicone Oil used as the base rubber of paper releasing agent with middle-high viscosity.
2. In electric power and electrical equipment, Hydroxy Silicone Oil used as the main ingredient of insulation paint or a component of insulator.
3. Hydroxy Silicone Oil used as the base rubber and dilute solvent of condensation RTV silicone rubber, such as the base rubber of silicone sealant and molding silicone rubber.
4. Hydroxy Silicone Oil used as 201 silicone oil's substitutes, easily emulsified.
5. Hydroxy Silicone Oil used in fabric finishing to significantly improve the smoothness, sewing performance, anti-static and high temperature resistance of polyester thread. It can be used in the anti-sticking treatment in the production of high grade paper.
6. Mixed with a certain amount of crosslinking agent and catalyst, cured at room temperature, Hydroxy Silicone Oil is the main ingredient for the production of leather smooth agent and brightener. Also can be used as leather brightener and release agent, etc.
[Precautions]
No mixing with acid-base materials, alkoxy silane or high temperature water vapor, otherwise there is the tendency of curing and viscosity changes.
[Packing and storage]
1. 200L iron drum (net weight 195kg/drum) sealed packaging and avoid contact with strong acidic and alkaline substances;
2. Stored in cool place.
3. Conveyed as nondangerous goods.
