Introduction
ICS series electronic belt scale is the ideal equipment used for continuous measurement of bulk materials on belt conveyors. This belt scale has the advantage of simple structure, good weighing accuracy, stable performance, easy operation and maintenance simple etc. It can not only be used in conventional environment, but also in acid, alkali, salt and atmospheric corrosion environments. ICS belt scales are widely used for the measurement in conveying processes of building materials, metallurgy, electric power, chemical, coal, mining, ports and other industries.
Equipment composition:
mechanical scale body, weighing sensor, digital pulse speed sensor, weighing instruments.
There are several structures for choosing. Special specification is available as per customer's requirements.
Application range:
1. inclination of belt conveyor: 1-17°
2. belt width:400-2200mm
3. line speed of belt conveyor: 0-2.5m/s
4.centerline spacing between input and output gate: ≥3m
5. weighting accuracy: ±0.125%~±1%
6. weighting range: 0.1 ~2000t/h
