The motor has compact construction, small volume and light weight.
The whole body adopts cast iron construction with good rigidity, solidity and durability;
the frame takes parallel-vertical radiating rib structure with effective heat dissipation.
High-permeability and low-loss cold-rolled lamination steel is used to reduce the loss
and improve the efficiency.
By class F insulation contracture and the Vacuum Impregnation (VIP) treatment, the
temperature rise can be reduced effectively and the ageing of insulation can be delayed.
The rotor applies special cast aluminum structure and has to pass high-precision
dynamic balancing operation, which helps motor run in balance and with low vibration.
The motor adopts roller bearing and non-stop oiling device
The terminal box is of compact construction; the line can be out in flexible ways to meet
different demands.
