LSB series energy-saving boilers adopt section combustion technology and realize coal-gas transformation. In the coal gas generation chamber, the black smoke and other volatile components in coal transform into coal gas that can be clean burned, which eliminates conditions for black smoke generation. At the same time, the coke that has been removed fugitive constituent is pushed into the combustion chamber by mechanical drive devices for high temperature burning. This has not only overcome the drawback of small output of common gas boilers, but also gives play to the products' pollution-free, environmental protection and ventilation advantages. Compared to common coal-fired boilers, LSB series energy-saving boilers have the following characteristics and advantages:
1) Higher thermal efficiency than common gas boilers, coal boilers and molded coal boilers. There are heating surfaces inside both gasification chamber and combustion chamber; Plus the boiler drum and convection beam at the end of the boiler, a reasonable process from coal gas generation to complete combustion of coal gas has formed.
2) As the transformation from coal to coal gas has been realized, and the heat loss problem of common coal gas boilers during coal gas transport has been solved, the heat loss has been reduced to the maximum extent and thermal efficiency has been increased.
3) As the generation and combustion of coal gas occur in two devices of the same equipment, the problems of gas leakage and pipe blockage of common coal gas boilers during coal gas transport have been eliminated, therefore, the product features convenient, flexible and safe operation.
4) Strong coal adaptability. A variety of coals, including lignite, soft coal and molded coal, can be used.
