Inverted & Reflected Fluorescence Microscopes MF51, composed with inverted microscope and reflected fluorescence microscope, is equipped with long working distances plan achromatic objectives and wide field eyepieces. MF51 has features of clear image, wide field, compact framework, beautility sculpt and comfortable operation etc.
MF51's mainly applied to observe living cell, tissue, liquid, deposits and transparent living without staining and fluorescence slice up etc. MF51 is the ideal instrument for biology, cells cytology, oncology, genetics, immunology research etc.
Features of MF51:
-Wide field eyepieces, Long distance plan achromatic objectives. Field view wide and clear.
-Coaxial coarse/fine focus system, with tensional adjustable and up stop, minimum division of fine focusing: 2μ M.
-The mechanical stage movement mechanism can be taken out.
-Phase contrast unit includes long working distance condenser, phase contrast objective and centering telescope
-Fluorescence unit includes four groups of fluorescence filter.
-6V 30W halogen lamp transmission illumination with brightness control. 100W high voltage mercury lamp, with outside power supply unit
