In 1993, Qingdao Counter factory set up a joint venture with Germany Hengstler Company, Qingdao Hengstler Automation Instrument Limited Company (former Register Name). In 1997, Qingdao counters factory developed a joint-venture partnership with the multinational corporation Invensys Groupand, one of the world's Fortune 500 and took the lead in accomplishing the modern enterprises reformation in Qingdao. In 2001, Hitech electrical equipment was renamed as Qingdao Hitech Automation Instrument Limited Company.
