III. Structural Features

Single-stage hatching equipment with large capacity includes Keith board box body, fans, heating system, humidification system, egg- turnover, throttle system, A-grade water-cooling system, B-grade water-cooling system, control system and trolleys, etc. Structurally, single-stage hatching equipment with large capacity adopts assembly of units and operation by controlling each zone.  120960 consists of two 60480 units and 74880 consists of two 37440 units.
After trolleys entering equipment, rear board, door, trolley bottom and ceiling form a closed duct. The airflow flows out of the fan and turns into laminar airflow after duct sealing. Even wind design is adopted to ensure a more uniform airflow field inside the equipment.
In order to avoid embryo heat of late incubation egg affecting temperature field, A and B grade water-cooling system is used and temperature field is more uniform.
Using sliding damper. Damper opening is set by gears, air inlet and outlet opening are linked, ensuring the precise control of fresh and exhaust air.
Pneumatic cylinder is used on egg turning. Egg vehicle positioning is simpler and the space in the box body is more compact.

Exchangers located between trolleys can not only take away heat of machine, but also effectively reduce the temperature rise from left to right between trolleys. During operation, the water in the pipes rapidly flows to avoid the general incubator "water near copper inlet pipe is cold but the rest of water is warmer, uneven cooling in cabinet" phenomenon; the water is mixed by A, B points near heat exchangers. The water temperature is controlled by the proportional valve and cooling effect is more moderate. Incubator will not be affected by the users' cold source and low temperature of eggs near brass is prevented.

3 supporting full heat recovery air conditioning
Single-stage incubation equipment is equipped water heating function. It can be equipped with the entire heat recovery air conditioning unit that can simultaneously provide hot and cold water and provide hot water as water heating source for pre-hatching equipment; provide cold water as cooling cold source for late hatching equipment, which can save power consumption.

6 Equipped with large-capacity hatchers
Single-stage incubation equipment has a large capacity. Duck hatching equipment's largest egg capacity is 74880 and chicken hatching equipment is 120960. Due to the adoption of the whole in the whole out incubation process, large capacity hatchers are needed in order to obtain the higher hatching rate and healthy rate. Example: 40320, an incubator once requests a set of 40320 hatcher. The optimal configuration is 4 sets of 40320 incubators with 1 set of 40320 hatcher, 4 sets of 60480 incubator with 2 sets of 30240 hatcher.
