Large Diameter Ultrasonic Heat Meter
CRL-G series DN32~DN300, mm
Advantages:
1. Specially designed for Apartment use, high in measuring accuracy and reliability.
2. No mechanical moving parts and there is no wear and tear, the meter is long in service life. Unaffected by poor quality of water.
3. The pipe section for meter mounting is straight-through design without flow-restricting element. Highly sensitive to a minimal flowrate.
4. The meter operates with ultrasonic flow measuring technology. It can be mounted on pipe at any angles and don't affect the measuring of meter.
5. It supports Photoelectric, RS-485 and M-BUS output interfaces. It is possible to realize the remote
data reading function for the centralized control and management of users.
6. It is designed with a Protection class of IP68, for effectively eliminating the effect on meter operation produced by vapoursand condensate. The meter can keep on working under long-term submersion in water and is particularly suitable for use under poor industrial conditions.
7. The meter passed the CE, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 18001 certificates.
Application:
CRL-G is suitable for use in public buildings, apartments, heat-exchange stations or in centralized heating (cooling) system, working on heat distribution basis for measured of aggregate heat consumption.

Tangshan Huizhong Instrumentation Co., Ltd (THIC) is currently China's R&D and production base of series ultrasonic heat meters, water meters and flowmeters and related systems. It is also a Hebei provincial new and hi-tech and software enterprise.
THIC owns independent intellectual property rights for all its products and always stands at the forefront in terms of ultrasonic flow measurement technology. It is a member unit participating in the formulation of a series of either industrial or national standards, such as the Standards on Ultrasonic Flowmeters for Water Supply and Drainage Applications Operating on the Principle of Propagation Velocity Difference, Standards on Heat Meters and Regulations on Calibration of Ultrasonic Flowmeters.
In 2001, THIC launched the R&D of the household-use ultrasonic heat meter_a research program assigned and funded by the Technical Innovation Foundation of Technology-based Medium and Small-sized Enterprises, and hence gave birth to China's first household-use heat meter. The debut of the meter proved to break the long-term monopoly of overseas counterparts on domestic market. Through incessant improvement and development of heat measuring technology, THIC has now become a domestically leading R&D and producer of a complete array of heat meters for various applications (for household, apartment, heat source and pipe network use or for managerial or charge collection purposes) and their use in different cases can be successfully assured with the help of a full network coverage technology.
THIC is one of the earliest ultrasonic water meter producers. Since the debut of the first ultrasonic water meter in 2003, the product has been kept upgraded and regenerated, quickening, as a result, the pace of the change of charge collection mode in urban area from the use of mechanical to digital meters with the ultrasonic water meter as the representative. In 2008, the company participated in the study of the flow sensor and system for process control_an 863 program assigned by the Ministry of Science and Technology. The research-derived achievements are contributive to the independent R&D and industrialization of high-performance sensors in China.
THIC will incessantly upgrade the ultrasonic flow measuring technology so as to cater to the needs of users with first-rate product and service and make contributions to the development of global water and energy conservation undertakings.
