Product Description
The Machinery is applicable for washing of flat glass with thickness of 3-19mm, horizontal style designed in structure, composing of Charging Section, Washing Section(with 3pairs of Brushes elevating up and down ), Drying Section(Circular heat blower), 3pairs of Air Knives in which two for cooling and another leaning Air Knife for heating, Discharging Section integrated. The machinery System features convenience in operation and reliability in function of cleaning;
The thickness of glass to be transmitted can be adjusted according to relevant glass processing requirement and the temperatures can be preset. The machinery features convenience in operation with the support of Digit Encoder Controller and Motor Driven Adjustment Unit.
The Transmitting Rollers used are of hi-quality and Environment Protection TPV materials.
Brush Transmitting adopts the Independent Motor featuring outstanding stability and low noise in transmission.
The Washing Section, the Water-contacting section and the Protection Cover as well are of Stainless Metal Materials.
The Blower can be placed by the side of machinery or even on the Cooling Section, adapting to the customers premises or special requirement.
The Electrics used in the machinery are controlled by the Electrics Panel (Cabinet) and the Discharging Section is equipped with Lights and the button of STOP and ON for the Inspection Convenience and with Urgency Fittings for Safety Use.
