Focusun ™ Is able to provide clients with ice storage in any size and materials. We are proud to be one of the global leading manufacturers of this innovative cooling solution.
The Ice Storage Rooms are constructed with an insulation layer and a coating of the outer and inner wall. The latest PU foam generator enables us to produce the highly reliable insulation layer of 75mm, 100mm or 150mm thickness.
We also offer multiple options for materials used for the outer and inner wall. High quality stainless steel SUS304 is fully compliant with food safety standards. As alternative, we have galvanized steel panels and durable, wear-resistant color steel plates from high quality suppliers to fulfill your needs in the most economical way.
Focusun Containerized Ice Storage Room
Focusun modifies the ISO ocean freight container to portable Ice Storage Rooms and Cold Rooms. The Containerized Ice Storage Rooms are fixed with air-cooling equipment, which keeps the temperature at -8° C. The container can also be equipped with an automatic rake system, crawler system or screw system to even out the ice layer smoothly and therefore the use ratio of the storage will be increased.
Maximum capacity of containerized ice storage room:
20Feet container: 12Ton
40Feet container: 24Ton
If the ice storage room is not installed in a container, the capacity of ice storage can be customized with no limit.
Perfect service system:
All Focusun ice machines come out with 15 months full warranty. If the machine breaks down in 15 months, Focusun will send the parts for free, even send the technician over if situation needed. When beyond the warranty, Focusun will supply the parts and service only for factory cost. |
