Production process of plain exhibition carpet:
Plain exhibition carpet is made from polyester or polypropylene fiber paved into network with different equipment and process, intertwined fixing to form fabric specification, make fabric soft, full, compactness and hard, in order to meet the requirements of different thickness. Needle-punched fabric be covered a coating on the back side, dried and formed, as well as cut in the edge before being rolled in a coil package. Either single or double sides can be adhesive to glue, or also choose to attach plastic film, to allow carpet to be clean as brand-new in the full pavement or special layout. Quality requirement is ball-free, lint-free, good flatness and good stiffness.
