Scope of application: Apply to soft-drawn or packed facial tissue line assembling manufacture or coreless roll paper line assembling manufacture. Main performance and structure characteristics: 1, The equipment is developed with high-tech, components are processed accurately. Single channel can cut products of different length, thickness and width by micro-adjustment, whereas double-channel can cut products of different length, thickness and width at the same time;
3, The width of the product can be controlled by adjusting upper and lower device by cylinder, marked with height dimensions display, convenient operation;
4, The equipment adopts lateral cutting structure which can avoid dust from knife sharpening falling into the product, thus increasing sanitary standard element of the product;
5, Using photocell eye automatic detection system, for example, when packing machine or conveyor breaks down, cutting machine will stop automatically to avoid paper waste caused by paper jam;
6, The equipment adopts touch screen, PLC programmable logic controller, rocker-type man-machine interface display operation, clear and easy operation, degree of automation is high, more user-friendly;
7, Big circle knife is produced by special process which can extend its working life and create more value;
8, There is a built-in iron net inside equipment safety shield, security door automatic protection device (The equipment will stop automatically if the door is opened during operation. ) provides high security coefficient to avoid personal injury.
