FAQs about Selected Furniture
1-What is your warranty
Selected Furniture provides 1-3 years limited warranty on all the chairs, proof of purchase must be provided. We will replace only necessary components, at our discretion, without charge to you during the warranty schedule. Please note that labor/service charges are not included under warranty coverage. It is at the discretion of Selected Furniture.
PU/PVC, mesh, fabrics, 1 year warranty
Chrome, 1 year warranty
Foam, mechanism, gaslift, base, castors, 3 years warranty

Others(include components or completed chairs), 1 year
Note: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, abuse, customer products or COM/COL fabrics. Parts under warranty will be at no cost, installation and delivery of replacement parts are chargeable items.
2-How to pay and what is your payment terms
TT or LC, both are acceptable
Payment terms: 30% deposit paid before production, 70% bal. Amount paid before loading container
3-How long to take in production
For samples(equal to/less than 10PCS), 5-10 days
For container order(20'GP or 40'GP/40'HQ), 35-45 days
The production lead time might vary in different seasons.
4-Do you have MOQ(minimum order quantity)

5-Could I print our logo outside of the cartons?
Yes, just send us your company logo and other necessary information, we will print the cartons accordingly, there will be no extra cost.
And we could put your label on the chairs, we may charge for it if needed.
