Product Description
We are professional at manufacturing Metal Catalytics and Ceramic Catalytics for Auto and Motorcycle exhaust system, like Honeycomb metallic substrate catalytic Honeycomb metal substrate catalytic. The material of outside shell is SUS441 and 444. The foil material of inside is OCr21Al6, and the thickness is 0.1mm. Compared to ceramic substrate, the metallic substrate has good heat conduction advantage. Metal Honeycomb Substrate for precious metal coating, our technology can make sure the low loss rate. It can be made of concentric round metal substrate, also can be made of duboule's metal substrate.

Working principle
Catalytic converter is a device used to reduce the toxicity of emissions from an internal combustion engine.
Reduction of nitrogen oxides to nitrogen and oxygen:
2NOx xO2 + N2
Oxidation of carbon monoxide to carbon dioxide:
2CO + O2 2CO2
Oxidation of un-burnt hydrocarbons (HC) to carbon dioxide and water:
CxH2x+2 + [(3x+1)/2]O2 xCO2 + (x+1)H2O
