Mica is a group of aluminum silicate minerals with layer-structure, and rich in elements of potassium(K), aluminum(Al), magnesium and lithium etc. Dolomite (White Mica) is one of the similar sub-categories in mica group. It is transparent with no color or light color, and possesses the glass's shine. Its Mohs hardness is about 2-2.5, specific density is 2.7-3.5. Dolomite possesses lots of excellent properties, for example electric insulating, high temperature proof, acid and alkali resist, and corrosion proof ect.
Applications:
Mica powder can be used as prior filler in paint and coating.
