Product Description
Mineral Wool Board, Basalt Rock Wool with CE, SGS:
IKING rock wool board is made of select fine basalt as the major materials which is pulled into 4-7µ Non-continuous fibers after melted by adopting advanced international four-roller centrifugal cotton-making procedures and adding a certain of adhesives, dust laying oil and water repellent into rock wool fibers. It can be made into products series with different density according to various uses through the technology of sedimentation, solidify, cutting and etc.
Application of rock wool:
Petrochemical industry -- heat insulation and sound absorption of equipments for petroleum industry, power industry and chemical industry.
Construction industry -- heat insulation and sound absorption of partition, curtain wall, roofs and fences for construction.
Mining industry -- heat preservation and fireproof for industrial kiln, oven, large-caliber storage tank and shipping.
We got the CE, ISO, A1 AND AS/NZ Certificate for our ISOKING Brand rock wool.
Production Lines:
Our group covers an area of 60000 square meters with over 400 workers. We now have 6 production lines of glass wool and 2 production lines of rock wool, with the output of nearly 8000 tons of glass wool, 2000 tons of rock wool per month.
We specialize in Glass wool and Rock wool, the factory established in 1995. Our own brand is ISOKING. We hade OEM Production for ISOVER, HANSOL, ISOTERM, IZOCAM before. We have 8 production lines of glass wool and 2 production lines of rock wool, more than 500 workers. So the producing capacity is 10000 tons of glass wool, 2000 tons of rock wool per month. We acquire certification of CE, SGS, ISO, A1and AS/NZ.
