Product Description
We design and produced this equipment for one of the famous Air conditioning compressor company in 2007. This equipment is mainly for the molybdenum spray coating for the stator, crankshaft, piston, cylinder parts of air conditioning compressor.
The size of the equipment is L4475× W2800× H2405(mm), with total power 82KW.
It is controlled by PLC. All the processes are automatically.
The equipment is mainly made by 1 overall rack, 2 circular tracks and chains, 2 heating rooms, two preheating furnace, 1 set of ventilation systems, automatic spray systems, work piece rotation and brush rotation device.
The whole process of working is put on the work pieces on the fixture, the combination chain driven work piece into the preheating furnace, when the work piece get the appropriate temperature, they will be sent to auto molybdenum spray coating room.
The spay gun will spay the work piece when the auto switch feel work piece reached.
After molybdenum spray, then 1.8 min infiltrate molybdenum, work piece will be send to brush rotating polishing room, then be taken of the equipment.
