Neutral Descaling Agent LS301
Function:
This product is a clear liquid with neutral viscosity, and it can be functioned as a descaling agent or a dispersing agent or a stabilizing agent in the white water treatment system, the vacuum pump and the pulp making system. This product does not contain phosphates, therefore without any harm to the environment.
Application:
This product can be dosed directly or after being diluted into necessary places. The normal dosage is 3 25 mg/l (but the dosage in the pulp making system is 100 450 g/t)
This product can avoid the cystallization of inorganic salts, and so their precipitation and scaling on the machine can be prevented. This product can also stabilize the colloidal particles (e. G. Rosin) in the paper making system, and so it can increase the cleanliness of the pulp.

Safe Application:
The undiluted product may cause harm on human skin and eyes. During the use of the product, we suggest that operators use protective gloves and goggles. If the skin and eyes contact the product, wash them with clean water.
This product can satisfy the demands for hygiene and health by FDA and BgVV and so it can be applied in making paper and cardboard for packaging food.
Delivery and Storage:
This product is packaged in 1000-kg recyclable plastic container. It is suggested that the product should be stored at temperatures between 5 and 25.
