3.2 Gel filling and bubble remover device
The device is similar with Nextrom's machine
The first-degree gear pump draws gel to sealed can of bubble remover device. The jelly is drawed into sealed through many tiny pinholes, to break the bubble. And vacuum unit draw bubble out of sealed.
The second gear pump driven by a AC servo motor draws gel to filling can from sealed can of bubble remover device.
