Fitness equipment:
1) Post: The hot galvanized post (in line with GB / T 700-1988) is 114mm in diameter with thickness of 3.0mm. After the processing shape, remove rust, phosphate, Polish and spray the United States DuPont outdoor environment-friendly polyester on the surface. The post is high-temperature cured and anti-UV with smooth surface, bright colours and antistipping; Electrostatic powder coating equipment is used for spraying. Small whirlwind and imported filters are used to callback powder which is of high efficiency and no pollution.
2) The hot galvanized post (in line with GB / T 700-1988) with diameter of 32mm, 38mm and 48mm and thickness of 3.0mm are used for fiitings. Connectors are one-step moulding and of aluminum alloy materials while screws are made of stainless steel 304#.
