1, Column: With Ø 114mm stand column with thickness of 2.2mm gold-plated tubes or steel tubes(QS standard: BS1387-1985, technology standard: BS1387-1985)
2, Guardrail and handrail: With Ø 60mm, thickness of 2.2mm steel, Ø 32mm, thickness of 2.2 mm pipe, Ø 25 mm, thickness of 2.2 mm steel.
3, Metal: National standard steel pipe, welded by the Japanese OTC robot welding system, strong and smooth, no rag, no welding scar. The anti-electric-state powder painted to the metal was imported from Germany, which makes the color on the metal parts bright for long.
4, Plastic: Imported LLDPE from South Korea, by microcomputer control of four stations roll-plastic equipment, rolled into equilibrium, high strength, sound thickness with the standard of GB/T 4454-1996, anti-UV, anti-ageing, anti-static, anti-crack, anti-electric state, non-toxic, the quality passed all similar products.
5, Deck: Formed by Cold-rolled steel plate punching with the thickness of 2.3mm and 9mm of diameter, (EU EN1176 and USA ASTM). Anti-sliding, anti-water, children can play safely and happily.
6, Screw: All the screws are No. 304 stainless steel material (GB/T1221-1992).
7, Painting: We use the painting flow line machine, well-mixed
