Luminous powder is made from rare earth, which absorbs ultraviolet, lamplight, sunlight and other visible lights in only 15 minutes, then giving out lights above 12 hours with the property of strong absorption and giving out of lights. Average use time above 20 years due to stable physical character, it has no radioactivity, no npoisonously and harmlessly. Its use is very extensive, suitable for the luminescence result of different demands.
