Product Description
1. The machine raw material is reinforced to be firm and strong. main accessories are imported from Japan ,Korea, with reliable quality.
2. By change different dies, machine can bend square tubes, pipes, flat steel, channel steel, I-beam, angle iron and shaped steel with large bending radius.
3. The feeding axis, bending axis, rotating axis are controlled by IPC, droved by AC servo motor closed-loop control.
4. Servo motor can realize high bending precision, no wrinkles, no cracks.
5. 15" color Touch-screen display with multiple languages for options; input bend data on PC and automatically bend pipes.
6. The programmable logic controller can preset 16 kinds of 3D bend. Bending/rotating accuracy ± 0.05 °,feeding accuracy ± 0.1 mm
7. Foot switch power on and off, easy operate and safe. fulfill the whole bend process: feeding, clamping, bending, rotating, and downloading.
8. 3D simulation software inserted to check the bend situation, save the tube test run cost.
9. Automatic mandrel lubrication system. Bending spring back repair, faults self diagnose, store without electric power
10. Air or wind cooling device can keep the hydraulic oil in suitable temperature. High speed and stable hydraulic oil output.
11. Oil pump, stable working function, low vibration, and low noise.
