Structure Overview
The machine is mainly from the main frame for fabric device, cloth storage devices to support the cutter device, PLC electrical control system and air piping system components
1. Main frame made of rectangular steel tubes welded nice.
2. Fabric guide device for the use of open-book take two speed auto-feed drive, so that cuts the cloth for the fabric speed and speed of coordination, uniform tension cord, eliminating the original machine, a relaxation, and enhanced cutting accuracy
3. Holding the cutter device driven cylinder knife with no bars, cutting back and forth back and forth, improve efficiency, is omitted in the original models and the chain drive the cutter knife body growth rate of the transmission system. No bar cylinder organization is simple, fast speed, smooth, no noise
4. Main drive unit with servo motor feed drive feed rollers directly. Servo motor controlled by the PLC to send the length, number and orientation procedures for the cutter, the feed length of the repeat accuracy within ± 1.00mm in the original model in order to omit the trivial ratchet rack drive, vice agencies and even feed, servo motor positioning accuracy, thus greatly improving the cutting accuracy
