ND-120 is a kind of neutral, non-saponified, high temperature light resistance hard resin.

Good weather resistance and chemical resistance, can be soluble in all the commonly solvents except for the aliphatic hydrocarbons and water which used in coating industry, And can miscible soluble with many resin material used in paint and ink.

Because the wide range of compatibility, good solubility and a strong polarity, polyketone resins are suitable for most solvent-based inks, paints, adhesives and related products systems.

Application
>> The paint industry:
Polyketone resin can let the paint show ideal fullness, glossiness and adhesion, good mechanical, fast drying and weather resistance, etc., It can be configured high solid content coatings by its low viscosity. Suitable for:

1. Wood coatings.
2. Transparent color lacquer.
3. Can quickly polished wood primer.
4. Machinery, such as car paint, primer and refinishing paint.
5. Hammer paint.
6. Used in chlorinated rubber paint and vinyl chloride copolymer paint, can reduce viscosity, enhance its adhesion, reduce the membrane pores, add luster.
7. Because of its good heat resistance, can also be used for amino baking varnish, it will not produce odor or bleaching resin in the baking process.
8. Can be used in home decoration paint which without aromatic hydrocarbons, if use with poor wettability acrylic resin, and the medium oil and long oil alkyd resin, also can improve the gloss and adhesion.

Polyketone resin can improve the pigment wetting degree of ink, gloss, adhesive force, and printability and solid content.
Due to its non-toxic, can be used in the production of food packaging inks. It can mix with cellulose nitrate, alkyd resin, maleic anhydride resin, rosin resins and polyamide resins used in soft convex printing ink, rotogravure printing ink, plastic gravure ink, stamping inks, security inks, adhesive sheet inks, composite inks and overprint varnishes.
It can produce copier toner when mixed with styrene modified acrylic resin;
It is ideal base stock to produce the ballpoint ink

Polyketone resin can used in resin cellulose paper, feature: Quick-drying, water-white, high gloss, flexibility, abrasion resistance, scrub resistance.
