PMC-421 Polymer Modified Cement Waterproof Mortar
[Features] Water paint is non-toxic, innocuity and contamination-free environment-friendly coating material.
May be directly used on concrete surface and the cementation is sound.
Cold applied; Convenient in operation; No restriction on substrate water content; Short construction period.
Short coagulation time, next procedure can be carried out 2 hours later.

[Application Scope]Applicable to waterproofing and damp-proof purposes for cellar, toilet, kitchen, floor, balcony, roofing, water basin, refrigeration house, terrace, etc.
[Structure Characteristics]" The substrate should be solid and dust-free. The internal and external corners shall be arc-shaped.
Water-proof layer can be made into waterproof layer of membrane; Thickness for one-layer defense in the toilet room shall not be less than 1.5mm, and not less than 2.0mm for underground engineering.
[Instructions on Usage]"Substrate: The surface shall be level, solid, clean, free of sharp angle/floating dust/greasy dirt/water.
Proportioning: Fluid material: Powder material = 1: 4.
Distribution
Mortar mixing method: Pour the fluid material into the agitating vessel and add powder material into the vessel slowly while the agitator is working; Agitating for at least 5 minutes until it's mixed evenly and no conglomeration can be detected in the mortar.
Additional layer details handling-insert airproof materials into the reserved recesses; Brush the areas at internal/external corners and near pipes for multiple times.
Extensive water-proof layer construction: Two layers of water-proof membranes shall be coated with an interval of 2 hours between the two procedures. Thickness of each coating should be 0.4mm? 0.6mm.
[Cautions]Temperature for using this product: 5º C? 35º C.
Conduct water-proof coating when the substrate becomes hardened.
The mixed paint shall be used up within 30min.
[Packing & Storage]"Powder component is firstly filled into the plastic bag and then loaded into the special plastic vessel; Fluid component is filled into plastic bag and then put into special plastic vessel.
Fluid material of this product shall be kept in a shady place with a temperature above 5º C; Powder material shall be kept in a dry place.
Avoid insolation in the sun, with a guarantee period of one year.
