Product Description
Yunyan efficient mortar is a new and effective mortar plasticizer, it can make the mortar mixing easy, make the mortar become soft, smooth construction, improve work efficiency and construction schedule.
Product features
This product can replace all limeputty, and increase 10%-20% mortar, so the economic benefit is remarkable. It play a good dispersion dissolve performance in the mortar, can be directly with, and easy to stir well than limeputty, reduce the cost of labor. Non-toxic, green environmental protection, won't produce new compounds, mainly in a mortar adsorption, scattered, decrease water, foaming functions. This product is a micro bubble improved, with good decrease water performance, make mortar more soft and higher strength.
Scope of application
Apply to all kinds of industrial and civil architecture of the bonding mortar, plasterer mortar.
It is applied in making concrete hollow bricks, hollow blocks, cement products.
Construction technology
Dosage: 0.5-1.2% of portland cement, usually every package of cement (100 kg) mixed with 1kg efficient mortar.
Since it's less usage, requirements extend mixing time, mechanical stiring is a better.
Hand mixing: With sand, cement, efficient mortar mix well, then adding water mixing 5 minutes again.
Mechanical agitation: With sand, cement, efficient mortar mix 1 minute, then adding water mixing 3-5 minutes.
Attentions
Before plastering, wall surface should be drenched by water, but no obvious can plasterer.
When plastering, should be take on around 95% marto to wall at first time, and make the wall to be level off and uniform; If put more than 20 mm thickness plastering, need to hierarchical construction.
When operating, shoud take the level up or 45 degrees push up blow, not to pull back or 45 degrees.
After operate, use wooden float to rub, then use iron straight edge press the surface again.
Storage period
Keep in cold and dry place, unopened product is valid for 1 year.
