this bending part used high quality stainless steel made by stamping. the precision can be reached +- 0.05 mm .
stainless steel stamping is using stamping machine , can stamping parts in one mass plate , will not damage the surface of material, reduce the cost. stamping part is suited to large quantity metal part or prototype,save the cost and time. Finish of stamping part can be barrel polished, grinding , sandblasting , plating , brushed , blackening and so on, so that metal part can be bright, no sharp edge.
