System Introduction:
For the same user holding different IC Card water/electricity/gas meters, or the same user that has more than one IC Card water meters, one card fee collection and management are feasible

Holley Prepaid One Card system consists of prepaid utility meters, user cards, card reader and energy supply terminal. User prepays certain amount of energy volume; Data will be written into the IC Card via energy supply terminal software and card reader;

Main Functions:
Prepayment: Prepay fee and recharge water volume via IC Card, payment before usage.
Anti-attacking: Valve will automatically close and record the abnormal information in the situation of illegal attacks, for instance, external magnetic interference etc
Anti-dismantling: Under circumstance of unlawful dismantlement of the meter, the executive mechanism will automatically be cut and record the illegal information, eradicate deliberate damage from anthropic factor.
Alarming: When the remaining credit is not sufficient, battery is under voltage or error operation occurs, alarming and reminding function will be activated.
