JLNE cooling machine is used for the efficient cooling of hot and moist pellets. Its main application is in the feed and biomass industry.
It reduces the temperature of hot pellets from the pellet mill to only 5° C above ambient temperature.
the feed pellet cooler feature:
1.Counter flow cooling machine suitable for cooling kinds of pellets, like feed pellets or fuel energy wood pellets, etc.
2. Different cooling area for different capacity requirement, which is will meet with your various demands.
3.Automatic cooling stage after pellet machine, the counter flow cooler machine principle is adopted to cool the pellets with high temperature and moisture. Hot air touches hot pellets and cool air touches cool pellets, so as the avoid the pellet surface crack caused by sudden cooling produced by direct touching between cool air and hot pellets.
At the same time, the airlock is used for feeding and space of air inlet bigger, so that it can get better cooling effects.
4. Best advantages of the counter flow cooling machine are Low Residue, Smooth and Reliable Discharging.
5. The final pellets with temperature after cooling is less than +3-5 degree, same like room temperature.
