Main Features:
1) Instant heat up to approximate 54 Celsius when activated.
2) Can be reused more than a hundred times by following the instruction.

5) To recharge: Place the hot pack in boiling water with cloth below, note, prevent the plastic bag from contacting the bottom of the pot for about 5 minutes or until all the crystal is dissolved.
