Henan Xintai Aluminium Industry Co., Ltd. is located in Science & Technology Industrial Park of Huiguo Town (which is praised as The First Aluminum Processing Town in the world), Gongyi City, Henan, China.
Our company was established in 1999 and occupies 300, 000m2. Our company has more than 1300 workers, including 130 technicians and management employees. There are 15 technicians with senior professional titles and 50 technicians with middle professional titles.
Our knockout products are aluminum sheets, aluminum coils, thick foil coils and aluminum circles. The main equipment is as follows: 12 successive Casting & Rolling processing lines (including 6 successive Casting & Rolling processing lines with super width & diameter; rolling strength is the No. 1 in China; the width is 2100mm; the diameter is 1200mm), 3 cold rolling processing lines with modern control level, 2 bend straightening & cleaning machines and 6 cross flying shears (one is for thick sheets designed by our company with our own independent intellectual property).; and six automatic circle blanking lines for aluminum circle. Our sales of aluminum curtain wall sheets occupy 50% in domestic market.
The annual production capacity of our company reaches 250, 000 tons. Knockout products of our company are sheets/coils/thick foil coils of 1000 series, 3000 series, 5000 series, 6000 series and 8000 series.
We now especially owe the technology to produce cladding aluminum (for example, core alloy 3003 clad with 4343, 4004, 4104, 4045, 4047), which are widely used in brazed heat exchangers, electronics, automotive engineering, thermal engineering, and machinery engineering and etc.
