Product Description
PVC/PVG belt reinforcement is a complete layer of solid woven carcass. After dipping the carcass is covered with rubber compound (PVG) or plastic compound (PVC) which is of excellent flame retardant and anti-static.
Because it doesn't take off layers and is of fire resisitant, anti-sttic, tear resistant longitudinally, impact resisitant and water corrosion resistant etc, the belt is suitable for using in coal mines, under ground and other fire-hazardous places to convey coal and chemical materials. PVCsolid woven belt is suitable in dry condition and inclination is upto 16 degree, PVG belt is suitable for operating ing the condition and inclination is up to 20 degree.
