Reclycle use prefabricated building

It is a kind of Mobile house with elevated floor. It can be knock-down as flat package for the container transport. We can assemble and disassemble them just by bolts. We can provide the service of installation, supervision and training by extra. Regarding to the house details, please check as follows:

1) Length is free as your requirement by modular 1224mm

House Body:
1)Door: Outside door as SIP door with aluminum alloy frame, aluminium alloy door or security door, size: 800mm*2000mm. Inside door as SIP door, aluminium alloy door or Compound wooden door, size: 750mm*2000mm
2) Window: Color steel material or aluminium alloy with window screen
3) Post: H 56*40, material: Q235, modular pace: 1224mm. Galvanized
4) Ground channel: Z 50X60X30mm, material: Q235. Painted
5) Roof beam: The trusses are composed of 353 steel and 20X20mm steel, Galvanized
6) Compression decorative parts: Made of 0.4mm thick color steel sheet
7) Wall board: 50mm thick EPS color steel sandwich panel for the insulation
8) Roof panel: 60mm thick EPS color steel sandwich panel for the insulation

Detailed Product Description

Light weight steel prefab accommodation They are widly use in construction site, temporary office and residencial building.

Steel frame:
Material: Cold formed steel profiles in 3.5mm thinckness.
Surface finished: Sand blasted in a quality of SA2.5, epoxy ground coat in 30-40µ M thinckness and final vinyl acrylic coat in 60-70µ M thinckness.

Floor
Girding structure: 40*80*1.6mm square steel pipe.
Damp proof steel panel: 1.5mm thinckness
Water proof polywood panel: 18mm
Glued final floor covering: Korea LG floor leather.

Roof
Girding structure: 40*30*2mm square steel pipe
External waterproof panel: Color steel panel in 0.5mm thinckness.
Internal ceiling: Sandwich panel of 75mm EPS. The both surface is fireproof panel, with PVC
Ceiling.

Wall
Wall panel: Sandwich panel of 75mm EPS with both surface of fireproof panel.

Doors and windows:
The materials and dimension as per your requirment. (Aluminium, Alloy window or plastic steel windows)

Bathroom:
It will be equipped with one toilet bowl, one wash basin, one shower equipment. We can offer others if you need.
