Product Description
1. Description
This product is main used for protecting network switch, concentrator signal and etc. system. it main used for stopping induction thunder electric wave which is invaded from signal wire, so it protect electronic equipment from being damaged by the lightning and static.

3. Operating principle
Surge arrester is tandem connected with the input terminal of being protected equipment, when transmission line is lightning induction ,it produce over voltage,the lightning current is discharged to the earth at once by thunder branch of surge arrester, and it clamp the output voltage of lightning protection device in the device's pressure range.so ensure the equipment working safely.

6.1installation instructions
6.1.1 Before surge arrester tandem connected with systems, check the ground resistance first, whether it according with the requirement. it should be ≤4Ω.
6.1.2 Surge arrester connect with the front of being protected equipment
6.1.3 surge arrester's ground wire should connect with the protecting ground strap of machine room, the ground wire should short and straight, the grounding length should not over 500mm.
6.2 Notes:
6.2.1 surge arrester has the mark of in and out. Output terminal should connect with the being protected equipment, be sure not to connect contrary. Otherwise, when lighting stroke, surge arrester will be damaged, and the equipment will not be protected.
6.2.2 User should not disassemble the fastener of each parts arbitrary, as as to avoid damage, effect normal working. Even effect the signal transmission or arise signal interrupt.
