Features:
1. This machine is hand-push cold paint road marking machine, and it is mainly used for construction of marking line on city road including zebra crossing, characters and arrows, communities, parking lots, etc.
2. It adopts new-type diaphragm high-pressure airless pump with big flow and stable pressure.
3. It uses double new-type manual spray guns with hard side column reverse wastewater nozzle, marking the site discharge convenient and swift. The non-arc nozzle ensures the marking line accurate and straight. The 6m long lengthening pipe matching with the machine can be used for irregular spraying, such as arrows, characters and other specialized signs.
4. Its firm welding frame surface is chrome-plated or treated with anti-corrosion spray,and the configured high-speed imported bearing ensures the whole machine more lightsome and convenient.
5. The telescopic guide rod can be adjusted freely upward, downward, leftward and rightward.
6. The orienting device can lock front wheel, ensuring the marking machine work in straight line or change direction on curving road freely.
7. The highly illuminating lamp matching with the machine makes the operation at night convenient. The warning light that can adjust flicker frequency freely improves greatly the marking safety.
8. The machine is matched with glass beads spreading system. The trailer TT-ZT-II can be chosen to be installed with the machine for operator sitting to realize self-propelled function. Type B is stainless praying system, and it can be applied to spray water-based road marking paint. Apart from owning all functions of type B, Type C has micro-electronics control system installed with it additionally. The system is composed of micro-electronics controller, encoder that can clutch, electric magnet, customize gun racket, etc. The system can set four different marking modes according to national marking line standard, and they all realize full-automatic control.
