Product Description
The rolls only for the sizing block of hot bar mill, specially for Kocks RSB and SMS PSM. We only provide three kind of material which has been approved by mass production from many suppliers that is nodular casting iron, tungstun carbide and high speed steel. Even through, there are very few manufactures can produce high quality rolls or roll ring for 3-roll sizing block.
We are the most experience company with the 3-roll sizing mill, we are collecting all the reletive data from the end user constantly to study with manufactures to optimize the performance index of rolls which has been defined finally.

Our products include roll ring for 3-roll rolling block like Kocks RSB and SMS PSM as well as the seamless tube mill rolls specially the stretch and reducing block, extractor, continue mill(FQM) etc. We had more than 8 years experience with 3-roll sizing mill not only provide the products but also provide the solution to the customers. All the experience comes from the rolling mill which has been approved by more than 10Mil tons bar and tube. The roll is rolling in more than 20 lines in China with 3-roll sizing block and tube mills, like Nisco, Zenith, Dongbei, Jiyuan I&S, Valin, Daye Special Steel, Bao Steel, CSST, Jianlong etc.
