Basic DescriptionRoll pass through type shot blasting machine
This kind of shot blasting machine is suitable for processing large H-beam, Steel structure, etc. to eliminate internal stress, rust and burnish surface of work pieces.
1. Using Japan centrifugal blast wheel technology with a large volume, high velocity projectile significantly improves the cleaning efficiency, can get a satisfactory cleaning quality.
2. Using computer-aided design (CAD) drawing, selection and arrangement of blasters is more reasonable. Improve the projectile utilization and labor productivity,
ensure the cleaning effect, reduce the attrition for the chamber body guards.
3. Using rolled steel plate Mn13 in chamber body, easy replacement and long lifespan.
4. Splitter used by BE full curtain separator technology of the U.S. Panbang En company, have good separation.
5. Projectile control system using our homemade gas control valve control, simple and reliable.
