Rosin modified maleic acid resin is slight yellow transparent solid, which is prepared by gum rosin and other raw material through unique formula and technical process. It is mainly used in paint and coating industries. They are also used in formulating pale lacquers for wood finishing, lacquer sealers, and "C" type gravure printing inks that contain toluene, mainly used in lacquer wood furniture sealer and sander coats, film forming resin for nitrocellulose based packaging-gravure inks, as well as ink industry and sizing agent in papermaking.
Soluble in coal tars, esters, turpentine oil, plant oils

Flake, 25kg paper-plastics compound sacks or 40kg plastic intertexture bag, other packaging available upon client's requirements.
Storage & Shelf life:
It could be stored in cool and dry places.
Maximum shelf life is 12 months.

| Brief Intro:MRG-1303,1305 and 1307 are irregular transparent solids which are the products of esterification by glycerol and the adducts of rosin and maleic anhydride. |
| Properties: | Soluble in coal tar, ester, turpentine oil; insoluble in alcoholic solvents; partially soluble in petroleum solvents; mix well with vegetable oils; light color; resistant to yellowing; heat resistant; good adhesion power. |
| Applications : | For production of ester gum and phenolic paints(through polymerization with vegetable oils); improve hardness of paint films, gloss, rubbing property and buildiness for Polyesters, Nitro and PU paints; as adhesive or binder for thermosol and road marking paints. |
