1. Features
A) Long life time:
300, 000~350, 000 tons for coiler and 150, 000~200, 000 for un-coiler
B) CamZone designing team already considered even the temperature influence for rubber sleeve deformation, so the CamZone rubber sleeve can be used both for old and new rolling mills.
C) Thickness:
The thickness is various from 4mm to 80mm, hardness and expansion and be adjusted, can reach the request of different expansion for all kinds of rolling mills.
D) High friction coefficient and special design of inner and outer surface ensure that the sleeve will not slip during operation and easily to be separated when dismounted.
E) High Elasticity:
CamZone Rubber sleeve, with high elasticity, can guarantee elastic expansion and elastic recovery.
F) Temperature Resistance:
CamZone Rubber sleeve is guaranteed without crack up to 120 C (cold rolled Strip temperature)
G) Different sizes and shapes upon Client's request
