rotary tablet press
This machine adopts double rollers and continuous press machine.
It is to press the various kinds of granular materials into tablet form, with the most outstanding advantage of bing able to produce irregular tablets with widely different geometrical shapes, such as double layer tablets, double side engraved tablets, it mainly used in the pharmaceutical industry and are also suitable for chemical foods, electronics industry.
Product structure
1.This machine adopts a fully enclosed structure with the operation compartment isolated compartment isolated from the outside, ensuring the cleanness in the tablet compressing area without creation of cross contamination with the outside, the compressing compartment is wholly made of stainless steel, which is in compliance with the GMP requirement on the production of pharmaceuticals.
2.The surface of turret is with chrome playing to avoid the wearing of turret.
3.The speed adjustment of the driver is controlled by the frequency conversion device.
4.The machine adopts are adjustment of speed by means of frequency inversion, the motor is connected with under plate to avoid the motor shaking when working.
5.An overload protection unit is equipped in the machine to avoid the damage of the punches and apparatus when overload occurs, the machine stops automatically,
6. Prevent cross pollution.The machine's worm gear drive adopts fully-enclosed oil-immersed lubrication with long service-life.
7.All the controller and devices are located in one side of the machine, so that it can be easier to operate
8.The series machines have protective device for upper punches broken.
