1. Application and features

Partical shape cast iron powder, high grade of ductile cast iron, alloy, steel, copper and other metal filings can be cold pressed to cylindrical by SBJ-Series briquetting press, with density of 5.5~6ton/m3(adhesion agent is not used) and production of 8~20 tons in every shift. The machine is vertical structure with upper and lower beams made of cast steel, and it outputs block automatically once feeded with materials. It also can be equipped with different circulation cooling system.

1) Speed-up system: Coordinated with the customized speed-up integrated value block, the speed of initiative hydraulic speed-up system can be increased more than one time. We are the best among so many imitators.

2) Selectable cooling system: We recommend suitable cooling system, air cooling or water cooling system according to working condition of machine to make sure it work continuously.

3) Briquet with high density: The maximum density can be more than 5.5t/m3, and the briquet won't break into pieces even if it falls to the ground.

4) Customize accessories: We persist in providing long-term cooperated suppliers with timely feedback on value body and oil pump. Improving the design and quality of accessories should start with details.
